Happy National Jazz Music Day

I just had a great time celebrating Jazz Music Day. I've known for some time now that I work with a very talented musician but I had no idea of the his amazing background. He used to travel around with the big bands and played with Frank Sinatra and other famous musicians. He even had a part in a movie and knew actors like Marilyn Monroe. I got to listen to part of his story at work today and listened to him play a couple songs. It was very exciting to me. I can't help bragging about it.

Not yet

I came to the library to do some research on some groups I'm leading. When I got here I realized that I might want to figure out what I'm doing first and then do research. I have decided that if I play around on this blog for awhile I will eventually figure out some ideas. So far it's not working but I'm willing to give myself praise for trying something out. I know I'm eventually going to have to think responsibly but not tonight. I'll do some thinking tomorrow.

Birthday Meaning

I thought this was so scary. It's weird how accurate these things can be sometimes.

Your birth on the 27th day of the month (9 energy) adds a tone of selflessness and humanitarianism to your life path. Certainly, you are one who can work very well with people, but at the same time you need a good bit of time to be by yourself to rest and meditate. There is a very humanistic and philanthropic approach in most of things that you do. This birthday helps you be broadminded, tolerant, generous and very cooperative. You are the type of person who uses persuasion rather than force to achieve your ends. You tend to be very sensitive to others' needs and feelings, and you able to give much in the way of friendship without expecting a lot in return.

I Did It!!!

I'm so proud of myself. After much stress of going through dozens of names and passwards I was able to complete this blog. Except for email, I don't think I've ever created anything on a computer before. Mabie I shouldn't admit that.
